RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns and Exchanges Policy
If you wish to return or exchange an item purchased on loolitaswim.com, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Items must be returned in their original packaging, with labels, hygiene protection, unworn and in perfect condition.
Please return the item to the address indicated on the information sheet enclosed with the package please.
If you no longer have it in your possession, do not hesitate to send an email right here.
Refund Policy
For item returns, only package the items to be returned in their original packaging.
You can exchange the products and get a voucher.
You can get a refund for the price of the returned products, except for the shipping costs you paid (including free shipping)
Reimbursement can only be made up to 14 days after receipt.
From the 15th day, you can no longer get a refund.
We will refund you, within 45 days after receipt of the return, the price of the returned products, with the exception of the shipping costs you paid.
If you purchased a bundle of products at a discounted price and wish to return part of that order, we will refund you the difference between the amount you paid for the entire bundle and the sum of the undiscounted price of the products that are part of the bundle that you are not returning.
Reimbursement does not apply to individualized products made to your customer specifications such as those offered on a customized service.
